Bad service

Very bad service got my money deducted twice in one month. My contract states that a debit order goes once a month and I called them to let them know that double amount was deducted on a wrong date and following day another amount was deducted and when I called the following day the consultant I spoke to dropped the call on me....

Wouldn't advise anyone to join an insurance company with a pathetic and poor service
