Bad service

A claim was submitted for a faulty microwave - the claim adviser contacted us and we were advised that claim will not be honored due to power surge not covered. we were promised a call recording advising us that we were offered the power surge cover still nothing and we kindly asked to faulty microwave to be returned since this is an essential item we use to make food still nothing / no calls.

We are highly disappointed with the service received from Miway - we have never experience such before.
