BAD SERVICE!!!!!!!

I have been insured with Miway for about +- 9 years, today I wanted to change my address and make a few amendments to my policy, what an absolute nightmare. firstly the agent kept calling me Mammie, secondly he took almost 30minutes just to change the address, which I believe should not take longer than 10minutes, he then also read the one part of the script twice. I just had it with him and asked that he transfer me to retentions so I can just cancel my policy, needless to say I never got to retentions also holding for ever. I phoned back asking to speak to a manger, well that never happened as well. I will be cancelling my policy as soon as someone calls me from Miway. This was by far the worst experience I have had in years!!!!!!!
