What a Disappointing service you guys gave for my windscreen claim.

Please explain to me why you authorized that “look alike” windscreen for my car?????????????

I do not want that windscreen, it looks cheap and very light! Not shutter proof even! I have never had a major claim with you guys, few week from now that windscreen will be damaged and I will have to claim again, pay excess…then you’ll be telling me about high loss ratio, increase my premiums…!

I called PG glass and they advised it was you who authorized for that nonsense windscreen! I DO NOT want that, please place the correct windscreen! My insurance is paid with no hustle monthly…there is nothing in treating customer fairly in this!

I have been called numerous time at the wrong time, I asked to be called between 11 and 12, or 3h30 i'm told they cant...why! if it was a sale i'm sure that call would have come through at the time I requested.
