Bad service

I called Miway for a tow service just after 4. Its 9 o clock and I only got home now. I got msgs claiming cars have been dispatched at 5 and at 6 only to be told at 7 that no one was coming. I arranged my own tow instead.. I had to keep calling them to ask what's happening being a woman on her own in Jhb. I think this is absolutely horrific service. If they could not get hold of drivers as they claim surely they should of phoned another company instead. The best part of it is I still get a msg claiming my car has arrived safely from them when they did not even tow the vehicle#dissapointed!
