Bad service

I'm dissatisfied with the service from this insurer, i cancelled my insurance with them a long time ago, 2yrs to be exact! But MiWay still appears on my credit profile. I have called them a number of times to update this, they keep telling me they are sending an email to ICT. To this date nothing has changed. Call centre angent Lungile was even rude to me when I told her about my frustrations with her company
