Bad service

On the 30 Oktober 2020 my car was in an accident. The guy that drove into me is a Miway customer after all the paper work and police reports fotos off my car quotations MIWAY was just unresponsive. Emails after emails eventually on the 4th april 2021 they said the money to fix my car will be paid within 15days. Nothing as yet and my car needs to be fixed.. Absolutely no service from them again I send a Email asking when are we going to recieve the money my quote with oannebeaters is going to expire and they only pay half of what the quotation is anyway.... Bad bad bad so glad they are not my ensurance company Because they are unprofessional
