BAD SERVICE

Answered almost all of the questions, when the line went bad and Tholakele Mtshali said she will call me back. Waited hours for her call but she never called. Had to call again and answer every question already answered again... Your clients have jobs - we do not have time to answer the same questions over and over again due to one person not being able to provide proper service!
