Bad service
I have logged a claim with mi-way the person assigned to my case is not reachable via landline supp**** and does not even bother to respond to my emails.when you call the call-center they promise to help but they don't deliver. This is not the first claim I had, the previous one was closed without contacting me while on my side i tried countless times and i have failed to reach them. This is very bad service and i have been with them for more than five years
