Bad service

I recently claimed for attempted theft with Miway . Got a call from an advisor called Jacques Rossouw , the guy had so much attitude and when I told him I don't like the way he is addressing me he says he doesn't like the way I was addressing him. I repeatedly told him that I don't appreciate the manner of approach that he was using , he could be phased , he just didn't care. I even said to him I'm happy that iv cancelled my policy and joining another insurance company. he just didn't care continues with his attitude. Miway consultants have attitude this was the worst I have ever experienced . When he was about to end the call he was still snotty and even said would I like to speak to someone else. I was with Miway for the past 5 years and I don't remember getting any joy from them . good riddance that I'm moving to Outsurance.
