On Friday 3rd November our car broke off just after escourt. I sens a location on whatsapp to proof it. Then by waiting almost 2 hours in the heat with a baby of 11 weeks the truck arrived. To pick us up. Find out that we going to mooi rivier and not escourt that was the closes where I got stuck. The place they took us look like a real s**** yard and felt very unsafe. Actually felt saffer on the N3 than the place they took us. I wonder if you guys had a look at the place you send your customers Then on Sunday we came back to return a rental car at escourt we were helped by a towing company. Gerry towing. Very cleaner place. And how must we know we had a choice where to go and also we don't know any workshops in escourt or in that area. That is your job. To make sure we left in good hands. You guys are *******ed just like our country. You guys advertise that you will leave our car in a safe place. With your service providers. Did you guys go there and had a look.
