bad service

I took out insurance with miway for my household contents and vehicle. Firstly,As far as i remember i was not told about it been compulsory to install an anti hijack device. I now receive message from miway saying that they require me to install an anti theft device.My car has a gear lock and a level 4 alarm system which was inspected by an inspection centre,secondly, i took my vehicle for inspection to an inspection centre, they had inspected the vehicle on the outside and not the inside. I went back to them asking them to inspect the alarm system and was told they dont do alarm inspection anymore.(miway hasnt received the proof that i had my car inspected) i then went to a diffrent inspection centre to have my car inspected, and yet again,miway says they hvnt received any document from them. Im really angry because the inspection centre is in another town and to drive all the way there for nothing is not on. Thirdly, i have accessed my policy info on the miway app and noticed that my premium had gone up by R60. Really irratated!!!why does it show say anti theft and hijack included on my schedule if i have to install an antitheft device. Rather say pending!!
