Bad service

I was involved in an accident in November 2014 and my car was towed to the Dent doctor in Kimberley and I told miway that I do not wanted to repair my own car and not proceed with the claim. Whilst my car was at the dent doctor they stripped it and threw away the parts without me given them any consent to strip it. Furthermore there was a break in at the dent doctor and some parts of my car were ****** and they wanted to replace them with car parts that were taken from cars that were written off and did not even fit the model of my car. I have spoken Amanda sims of miway and Hein manager of dent doctor, hein was even very rude and arrogant when I went and look for my car. Now recently I have spoken to kobus at the dent doctor who told me that my car was st********** and the parts were sold and they offered me r5000 of which I refused. Please help
