Bad service

Currently insured with miway for 15 years Had a water damage claim burst pipe Both service provider came to assist They miway y sent a thier building inspection Or to tell me that my claim is not valid and and will be dropped and the tone and manner that he spoke to me was very rude screaming at me

So the building team leader is currently reviewing the damage

House was flooded in water and they refuse to cover a client who has being with mi way for 15 years and the manner that he spoke to me was very unprofessional with not telephone ethics
