Bad Service

I’m very disappointed with the service I received from MiWay Insurance.

My claim was handled poorly — communication was inconsistent, and the process dragged on far longer than expected. Every time I called for an update, I received different information and no clear timelines.

I expected professionalism and accountability, but instead, I felt ignored and undervalued as a client. MiWay’s lack of transparency and urgency is unacceptable. I sincerely hope they review their customer service standards because this experience has completely destroyed my trust in the company.
