Bad Service
I ma trying to cancel my policy , this is the second time I am trying to do this . No agents are available to take a call and I must wait 72 hours for a response . That is very bad service . Furthermore I spoke to an agent who hang up on me who even does that seriously . Ref ***6 I need this resolved asap
