Bad Service

I am very disappointed with the service I get from Miway. I have been with Miway for more than five years now and only now I had an accident in April 25 2015. The person by the name of Sello Mpati was assigned or task to update me about the progress on the panel beating of my car. Unfortunately he is doing that and he is always not available when you call him. If you lucky and find him, he will tell you that,\ let me find out and Ill call u back"and he never return a call. Right now its been almost two months the car was authorised to be fixed and only find out that nothing has been done on the car. I am frustrated and angry...."""
