Bad service !

<p>Hi</p> <p>I would like to advice anyone who like to join miway insurance please dont join this ******* car insurance if you are a member already please try to exit soon from them.</p> <p>My girlfriend smashed her car 3 weeks back and the damaged items was the front bumper , radiator and other panel on the side of the car etc The repairer send them a quote forR 23 000 so this ******* insurance miway said its written without coming to a field to assess the car they assess the car on the pictures only now they are talkin another language they are saying they will only approve R21 000 so now is not written off? even that R21000 is not enough to repair the car as she is payin a monthly premium monthly on the contract signed by her there is no clause stating that if the car smashed will only pay R21000.</p> <p>SO NOW WE ARE PLANNING TO ENGAGED LEGAL ADVISOR AND REPORT THEM TO OMBUSMAN.</p>
