Bad Service

I was involved in a collision where I was behind a vehicle at a stop street. The vehicle in front was taking a left turn, after the vehicle made a left turn I followed as it was my right of way as I was still observing on the right and the left the vehicle that was in front reversed back and knock me on the left side of the vehicle.

A claim was then lodged by the client who was at fault. The claim was logded with her insurance. The incident happened on the 2 of September 2016 till date the matter has not yet been rectified.

We provided all neccesarry documents that were needed but no communication. Until we had to lodge a compliaint with Hello Peter. On the 7th of Febraury we called and they told us that they will make an authorisation on Friday.

Today I called with regards to the matter since they didn't get back to me on the Friday they say they would.

They then answered saying they sent a settlement offer. When i read it.

They told me i am liable to pay for the remaining amount because i could have avoided the car being knocked. They said i should have reversed back or moved to the otherside of the road,my question is how could i have done that because there were cars behind me and i couldnt have. Moved to the other side because that is for on coming traffice.I am sitting here not understanding whether this is how Miway practices their working ethics with regards to compensating clients because i was not at fault, now they stating things that are listed on the Constitutional acts. I am really really frustrated because my vehicle is damaged by someone elses fault now im told i must pay for something i cannot be laid liable for.
