Bad service

<p>I had to phone Miway on numerous occasions regarding my claim. They will not contact you. Had to phone again this morning and spoke to Bridget from claims and she advised that my windscreen authorization has not even been sent to glass fit after the panel beaters requested authorization on Tuesday already. If I had not phoned them, the request to glass fit was never going to be sent. I am also annoyed with Ithumeleng, one of the senior consultants as he promissed me on the 13/01/2017 around 11:58 am that my he will half my premium for Jan 2017 but my full premium went of this month. I am annoyed with the fact that there are constantly service failures. I 've already paid my acces but I still have no car due to slack work from Miway. I've been with the company for years and this is the first major claim I ever had.</p>
