Bad service

<p>I had a flat tyre at night after hitting a pothole two times in single trip and without a spare wheel anymore after using it from the first incident, I called in for road side assistance and the lady was of no help as she was asking me how did it happen that I got two flat tyres in single trip. I was so frustrated as it was late at night in the middle of nowhere and I dropped the phone and called again and different consultatnt answered and helped organise a tow truck for me, however I was made to pay R1300 on the spot for towing my car and ensurance contributed only 500. According to my policy I am limited to R4000 per year for road side assistance. After five years with the ensurance without claiming for any emmergency service incident , my first incident I am made to pay R1300 in January nogal, I got stucked at 10:00 PM and only got helped at 01:30 am. It was very bad and I realised it is as good as not having it as my insurance company.</p>
