Bad service

<p>As I was unhappy with the service I have been receiving at MIWAY with their expensive premiums and excess, I decided to leave MIWAY and as the senior at MIWAY, Christian Potgitier was trying to convince me to stay which to me seemed like 1 had to complain and leave before they start giving their loyal customer a better offer and our chat ended up in him telling me that "I should do whatever that makes me sleep at night."</p> <p>Is this the way you train your staff to talk to your customers?
