BAD SERVICE

<p>I had exprience very bad service with Miway insurance, whereby the consultant changed my policy cover from Retail value to Marcket value without my consent. this is what i call cheating to benefit themselves becuase if they did this to someone who does not know anything about the insurcance cover, they were going to get away with it. I have since tried to get hold of the manager to resolve this for me, since Friday last week, up to so far nobody is willing to help me. i guess if i do not get any help within 24 hours will have to look for another insurance out there.</p>
