Bad Service

<p>I was involved in an accident on the 14th of October, I called miway to claim and the sent through the tow truck immideatly, after the asessment the vehicle was sent to River Side Autobody, I was informed that my vehcle would be ready within a week, every week i call them, and they seam to have one excuse after the other, seeing that its Miway that selected this vendor its only fair to expect them to intervene as the wait is totally unacceptable, when i do call Miway, they say that they will follow up and get back to me, but this never seams to happen, it was my expectation that my way would select or work with a reputable vendors but the service recived from River Side Autobody leaves much to be desired. I am without a car and am not even sure if my car hasnt even been sold </p>
