Bad Service!
<p>I called miway on Monday asked the consultant if he can review my policy. He was not very helpful. I then wanted to add home contents to my policy so I requested a callback after 4pm. I made the consultant confirm my cellphone number and he said someone will call me. Today is Friday and still no call. Is this the way I get treated being with you guys from 2009 - 7 years and counting! So now discount on my policy and no call back after 4pm! Need to look elsewhere for insurance...been loyal these days does not go a long way..</p>

Mmathapelo is not assisting and she is a waste of time. I asked to speak to a manager not a consultant. She is rude and I am getting other quotes and will be cancelling my policy. Please get a business manager to call me!!!
