bad service

<p>Case number : 731472</p> <p>a person who was handling my claim is Nyiko mdluli, after all required Docs i have sent to miway they approved my claim , i am insured for 14421. i requested to provide a voucher becaue they cant provide the phone i am looking for ,Nyiko and her Manager decided not to provoide full amont of what i ansured for. becasue on my previous claim i didnt get a phone becase they told me that i was uder insured "558350" they gave voucher of what i was insured for minus axcess fees. now i am over insured miway dont want to give a voucher of what i am insured minus excess fees like they did when i was under insured</p>
