Bad service

I was involved in a car accident in January 2021, and i was knocked from the back by a guy that was speeding, there was a law enforcement officer that was witness to everything, it is the 3rd of August 2021 now and i was told on the 11th of May 2021 that it will take 60days to hear back from the other guys insurance, and i am still waiting for my claim to be settled, i feel that miway is not giving me the best service as one of their clients, and it was a clear cut case and I was not in the wrong so why must i wait solong. My car was said to be a right off but i received a call from a panel company that said they working on my car but how can that be, its almost 8months since my accident and i am still waiting
