Bad service
This is the 1st time I am glues on what's appending with my claim. The best answer I get its in progress at validation stage. Imagine not having a good car during this covid 19 challanges and all the necessary information was provided within 24 hours of the accident. I am at a point of reconsidering to look for other insurance. Every time we call our claim repan't get hold of her and we leave messages no call backs. I had claims with miway before but I was well informed and I know the required information hence I provided on time to avoid unnecessary delays. Claim with Ayanda Mukwevho

04 Jan 2021, 14:52Still waiting for MiWay call. I have been trying to call on my side and call dropped in the middle of the conversation and no one bothers to call back. Over and over again I am stuck with the answering machine.
