Bad repairs and service

After i have hit a pavement with my car, and damage only the front left suspension, my car was towed away as it was not drivable. Miway sent it to RARC panel Beaters for repairs. After fighting with them and bad attitude from their side i Finlay got my car back afer 3 weeks and they just needed to replace 3 parts, just to notice allot wrong with it. Now i have logged a complaint with miway assessors and phoned the claims dep. To follow up, i am yet to hear back from any one. Now i am sitting with a end result of miway sending my car to the worst panel Beaters shop ever and i am sitting with the broken car. Rarc scratch and dented my car, traction control is failing and car is all aver the road due the suspension not being correct. Now i am driving my wife and 1 year old son in a death box because no one wants to claim responsibly for this. If they can only get back to me on 3 mails i have sent raising this issue and numerous phone calls. Its an endless hassle to get miway to just sort out the **** they have cased due to using Parnell Beaters that does not give a **** about their customers cars.<br> Please can we get this resolved. I don't know where to turn to.
