Bad quote after a settlement/ Bad service

<p>Have been insure by Miway for 7 years and my car was written off last month, they paid fast and were great, bla bla. But now i called for a quotation and ended up not getting one via the call, had asked them to call back, so i logged on to see that quote via online profile and it was R2500+, from paying R800+. Sure this is a more expensive car but it's not even half a mil. i feel like it's ridiculous and worse they cant tell me why it's gone up so much, the consultant i spoke to today, was guessing and advised he didn't know why. That is not good enough to me.</p>
