Bad premium to great premium

Thank you to Miway and Christiaan Potgieter for the great service.<br> I called in to change the main driver on my insurance to my boyfriend on my Hyundai Atos 1.1 ,I was first told that the premium would be R1067, which I freaked out and asked to speak to a manager when Christiaan Potgieter was put on the line ,he calmly listened to my frustration, and advised he saw my profile and how long I have been with Miway and that he will ensure that he will give me the best deal ,I was put on hold for a few minutes and then told my premium was going to be R479, WOW what a difference.<br> Yes this story has a bumpy beginning ,but if it was not for someone like Christiaan Potgieter , this story would have a very ugly end ,and Miway would have one less customer !<br> <br> Thank you, much appreciated
