Bad practicing principles. “I want my keys”

I have been calling and emailing miway for my car keys. The car as been at storage waiting to go to the panelbeater. But, we can’t take it because Miway has taken both the duplicate and the original keys of the car since the accident. Several calls and emails have been sent to no avail. Who is going to foot the bill for prolonged stay??
