Bad, poor service from mi way and Ben's panel beater in pta

Morning hello Peter I'm Lydia Rambani. Could you please assist I've put a claim under miway insurance since 15 September 2023 My car haven't been touched or done anything 😭😭😔. No update from insurance,panel beaters still today I'm still struggling with getting feedback and if I don't call enquiry nothing is said to me honestly so I don't know what to do anymore I'm even scared 😨😳😳😨 my car will end up being strapped n I loose my car .this car since have been with Ben's panel beater in Pretoria I will appreciate your support and response sooner Thank you 🙏
