Bad phone insurance quality

<p>My car is currently insured at MiWay and I've decided to insure my Sony Xperia Z5 phone with them aswell. It just makes it easier. When I was on the phone with MiWay to insure my phone no one told me that if my phone is damaged even just a little that it won't be insured. If they told me that I would'nt have insured the phone with them in the First place.</p> <p>For 3 months I payed almost R1200 for the phone to be insure. And when I called MiWay on Monday 5th September they told me that since my phone got damaged before I insured it with them my phone is not covererd. My phone was still working good when I insured it with them. What really angers me is that for 3 months I payed for my phone to be insured with them and when I called they could not help me. ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT MY PHONE HAS NOT BEEN COVERED. I asked them since my phone has not been covered I would like all the money back I payed this last 3 months since I've been paying them for something that is not covered. THEY ARE WILLING TO REFUND ME R150 . If I knew this I would not have insured my phone with them. I'm really doubting their service so much. I only decided on them because I heard they are quality and a good insurance company but I've not gotten quality from them. My car is still insured with them and I'm not even sure if I still want them to cover my car.</p> <p>For me to fix my phone will cost me R3500 . I've been wasting my time and money on them. I'm really not happy with them. </p>
