Bad/no service

i'm trying to cancel a policy i have with miway, i have phoned, i have gone on there chat forum on there web site and have sent in a request via the automated system on there web site.<br> i keep getting the same response\there is no one that can assist you at the moment"(this is the person i'm talking to over the phone can't you assist?) is this how you do business miway? this is not acceptable! i'm sure if you miss a payment there will be some one there to assist you within a few seconds of the payment being late.<br> shame on you and this will definitely be the last time i get any product or service from you and i will not keep my opinion of you to my self"
