Bad Manner of Approach
My husband had and accident while driving with his two (2) colleagues. When the police arrived at the scene my husband was busy on the phone reporting the accident to Miway and to get the authorization for the towing. When he was done on the phone he realized that the police, the driver of the bakkie that hit him and one of his colleagues were not at the scene. When he asked he was told that the police took his colleague but he didn't ask why they took him. The next day when he went to the police station to inquire about the AR he found out that his colleague was arrested for drink n driving. The claim was lodged and the claim assessor came to see my husband. I didn't like the approach of the Claim Assessor, he wanted to force/insists that my husband was not the driver of his car, he even told us that he is giving us time to think about the statement my husband submitted, alleging that he got information that my husband was not the driver.

Why should my husband lie?
Does it makes sense for somebody who is sober to allow the person who is under the influence of alcohol to drive his car?

This assessor is just coming with tricks to reject our claim, but I will fight till I die
