Bad Legal Assistance

In February 2015 'n man drove into the back of my car, as he was driving to fast in wet conditions and could not get to stop in time at a robot intersection. My claim was approved by MiWay, but I expected that the claim and my access paid to be recovered by the driver who caused the accident. MiWay were still not able to get my access back (as this claim was no fault of my own). The case against the man is still undergoing and its been nearly 5 years. I expect MiWay to resolve this asap. One can only be patient for so long.
