Bad into good!
I would like to thank Thato Rabi and Gloria Machete from the claims department for the efficient service received from these ladies. I initially had a bad experience with my claim- however Thato and Gloria managed to go the extra mile in assisting me and turning that bad experience into a great one. Thank you Thato and Gloria- you are a perfect example of what great service should be.
