Bad insurance

I am not happy about the service I received they couldn’t fix my car which was bumped on parking lot standing. Claiming that the damage is too much they want to take my car and pay me R43000 . What can I do with that amount . MiWay is cheap n affordable but they are not reliable . Good luck with ur claims
