Bad handling of claims

I made a third party claim upon the instruction of the person who bumped into my car. Kezia Cameron requested me to submit the documentation related to the accident and the quotation's from three panel beaters, she rep**** that she will no longer honor my claim because her client was sick at the time of accident. Her client knew that he was sick and was on the road voluntarily and how does that invalidate my claim? and how that is my problem? What does your comprehensive cover mean? Does it not cover third party claims? Your client keeps on referring me to you MIWAY and does not have funds as a person to fix my car.
