bad first impression

mi way phones me and ask to a quotation for me and if they cant match or better my current insurer they will give me R400 so i end up doing the quote and they do offer me a better deal which i accept,lady says she will phone me back at 12 that same day,its been three days now and still waiting..very disappointing
