BAD EXPERIENCE WITH TOWING COMPANY

I had a very bad experience while driving from Empangeni to Swaziland. immediately after the turn off to Golela boarder post, my car stopped and could not move. I called my way, I waited for 5 hours for a towing vehicle. the Towing guy did know what he was supposed to do, he call someone else to come and assist. i was not involved in accident, but he wanted to tow my car from the front using a VAN. I told him that he will damage my bumper and i requested that he use a truck. i had to pay him an extra 1500, had to call someone from Swaziland to come and fetch me from where I was. left them with the car, however, when my husband went to meet them at Empangeni, the car was now in a truck. this is not my first bad experience with MyWay, it once happened 7 years ago while i was in Mozambique. I cancel my insurance but came back again thinking the experience with them will be better and now this again
