Bad experience with the first claim
Not happy with the way they handled the claim it takes long and the assessor tent to be helpful and all he did was lying to me ,yet l only wanted road assistance with towing then they end up making it a big thing ,taking my car to their service provider which l didn’t request and after that I must pay those charges from their decisions making
