Bad experience with Miway, very bad.

I am so livid, had the worst experience with Miway, I had an accident which did not involve another car& mind you they said because it did not involve it goes under the category of ‘self inflicted’. My question is how do you self inflict a accident. Nonetheless, I was supposed to get a car hire which I did for a period of 10days, my car is still at the panelbeaters waiting to be repaired as they are waiting for parts. The car rental wants their car back as 10 days is up but when I call the insurance that I will need a car regardless, they aren’t able to do so. I’ve been with this insurance for years but the treatment I received is uncalled for. I am definitely going to terminate my contract with them and will never go back to them.
