bad experience with miway

i having a bad experience with miway as we speak, i have a claim with them that they are taking their time to assist me with and that is a business vehicle that am claiming for, so the if is not working am not making money, i really regret taking this insurance, there is no sense of urgency, no update , i to always call them their phone automatically choose option to call you back, our network is bad you will just get sms that they tried to phone, really is a struggle with this guys.
