Bad experience with claim

I just changed my insurance to Miway a few months ago. It sounded promising at first however, it was worst mistake in selecting them after experiencing a claim. 1st of all, it was a first for me whereby an insurance company questions your claim with your wife. When I want to question the assessor there was no response. 2nd it took them almost a month to process a claim and nothing is still not resolved. 3rd consultant assisting myself with claim is always in am meeting or in training.
