Bad experience

I had one bad experience with MiWay on 2nd of January we were involved in a accident in kzn cars were stuck in pietermaritzburg my one vehicle was right of by the assessor sitting in jhb I'm busy fixing it up by my self only a light and rediator and some paint cost of R10 000. The guys from Hugo's panel beaters send me a mail stating my other vehicle is ready for collection so I made plans to go to pietermaritzburg via a big truck through the night so I be there early. 07:00 I've reached pietermaritzburg we drove all night. 08:00 the workshop opens and I'm very excited to see my vehicle is standing there looking pretty very nice workmanship I still said to the man that was helping me. So onwards we go I still asked them did you test drive the vehicle because it was un-drivable (YES SIR WE DID) And so I started the vehicle and heard a noise switch off the vehicle (I KNEW WHAT IT WAS) Climbed underneath and noted one of the brackets that I have installed and broke off during the accident (SO I REMOVED IT) Then I've started the vehicle again and (NO NOICE) At this time I did asked them again did you test drive the vehicle? (YES) The workshop is nice and flat and got a slope down to the main entrance so I said can I take her for a spin? Yeah sure so there I was as I went down the slope I was going about 15km the same NOICE that I've heard on the accident that was the NOICE reversed back and parked the vehicle inside I asked again (who did you say test drove the vehicle) no one answered me I was furious at that moment This was the assessors work to test if it's not driving So I Said to them fix the vehicle and please take us to the airport. Now me and my brother in law has our firearms with us so now only flight to take is SAA. Now a hard case on the airport is R1250 *2 Airline tickets R2600 per ticket OK we home at least now I'm still fighting the insurance for a extension of the car hire at avis A month down the line finally my vehicles arrived and so we took the rental back that same day. (The stability arm on the rear axel was broken and they said that they tested the vehicle) I've been waiting for anything to happen regarding the car rental or my extra money spend for my waist of time trip to pietermaritzburg till now another month has passed NOTHING BUT AVIS TOOK MONEY NO QUESTIONS ASKED BECAUSE MIWAY DID NOT DO THEIR WORK.

All the above happened from 2nd of January got my one and a half vehicle's back on the 6th of March
