Bad expectation

I received a call from miway that they can beat my current insurance and if not they will pay me R400. So first of all they phoned me offering me something not me phoning them for service. I then continued with the call and stood off valuable time. After the call i sent Noxolo a email with my current insurance provider with current installment etc. Which ia actually cheaper than what they proposed. Nether the less . The following day at 09:00 Noxolo called me back as promised and ahe explained that she requires information which i did not have with me at first and i requested her to phone me back at 2pm then i will be ready with everything and will cut of some time from work to accomodate her. 2pm came and went i waited almost an hour just to realise that my time has been waisted. I expected atleast to a call the following day but still nothing. This is not very good proposal for potential client and shows that miway cannot keep to what they say. Just makes you think if you sign up and you need to claim if you would get the same sort of service
