called into miway to add a vehicle to my policy the call representative named TINYIKO faulted when reading his screen-shot goes back and forth<br> <br> as we progress I ask him the premium he tells me \IM NOT DONE YET"which is rude what I would appreciate him saying \""in a second ill give you the requested premium I just have to go through some vital legislation for your cover\"" which sounds much more easy on the ear and professional <br> <br> TINIYIKO needs some serious sales couching skills """
