Bad Dishonest Service from Miway

Absolute Bad Service from Miway. When I joined the cover almost 2 years ago I was told that if I made a claim through the miway app I would get a R1000 off discount, only to make a claim through the app this year on the 4th of February and I was told that discount was promotional based which ended on the 1st of February which was very convenient for them. Also I was never told it was going to be a promotion in the first place. The consultants whom I won’t mention by name aren’t helpful at all and I had to pay the full access after I was misrepresented by the consultant into joining Miway. So I really think I should find a better honest insurance cover for my 3 vehicles.
